English Final Fantasy X
Revealed
October 26th, 2001 -
San Francisco USA is the place, and Final Fantasy X is doing the rounds. SquareSoft have at last given a little
taste of the English version of Final Fantasy X to its legion of followers.
Jamus Arnold Taylor of Walla fame in Futurama will provide the lyrics for the game's main character Tidus, with
Hedy Burress from American sitcom Boston Common will spice Yuna's character up a bit.
Early signs are that things are better than expected in the voice acting department, with the only noticable
twitch being the characters mouth movements being a bit out of synch because of the original intention for Japanese wording. Resident Evil style? Lets hope not.
Still scheduled for a January 2002 release in America and spring time in Europe, the plot and general other parts of the game look to be the same as its Japanese counterpart.
